Refund policy

To request a return, please contact me within seven days of delivery at info@eloiserenouf.com.

Please read my product descriptions carefully. I want you to be happy with your purchase and I take care to describe and photograph products accurately. However, please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to computer or monitor settings.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, please contact me within seven days of receipt to arrange a possible return of the goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it; unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Once returned goods have been received in their original condition, a replacement or refund can be made. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and items are returned at your own expense. I strongly advise returning items by a tracked and signed postal or courier service, as I cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please ensure that you check and use the correct delivery address before submitting your order. Orders lost due to being sent to an incorrect or former address that you have supplied will not be refunded. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and attempt to make it right.

For items damaged in transit on their way to you, please supply photographs as proof, and I will issue a replacement or refund.

Refunds

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process any refund.
