Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped 1-3 business days after they are received (excluding weekends).

I take great care with my work, and all items are packed very carefully to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition.

Textile works are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and are shipped rolled in a wide, sturdy tube to avoid creasing, and so that the artwork is ready to hang or frame.

Artworks on paper are either shipped flat, supported by layers of rigid cardboard, or rolled in a wide, sturdy tube.

All parcels are sent by a tracked and signed service, either by post or courier depending on the size of the parcel and its destination. 

UK mail should be expected to arrive in 1-3 business days. Parcels to Europe should arrive within approximately 7-10 days. For everywhere else, an average delivery time is 10 days to 2 weeks, but please be aware that this can sometimes be longer, so please allow up to a month for delivery, especially if your order is time-sensitive.

Orders to the EU are likely to incur additional fees or taxes at customs on arrival in your destination country. Please take this into account when making a purchase. I do not take responsibility for these additional fees.
