WALL QUILT - BLOCK PRINT (BLACK)

This is a one-off, unique wall quilt hand crafted with linen. It has been created with hand block printed strips of fabric, which have then been machine pieced together and finished by hand.

The design has been hand quilted along the colour boundaries - also known as "stitching in the ditch" - so that the quilting lines are invisible from the front and do not interfere with the patterned nature of the piece.

The interior batting is 100% cotton. The quilt is finished with a hand stitched black linen binding.

The quilt is backed with off-white cotton fabric, and comes complete with a hanging sleeve on the reverse and a wooden dowel that is simply rested on two nails for ease of display. Hanging instructions accompany the artwork.

The piece comes accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
